Insurance and Payment Options
In order to make payment plans convenient for our customers, we offer
several options for payment.
Insurance
We are most happy and diligent in filing all insurance claims on your behalf. We are prepared to supply your insurance provider with the necessary radiographs, photographs and any other material that will help them. Do remember that all insurance coverage is between the patient and the insurance company. We will make every effort to recover all benefits for you.
Payment Options
We accept all major credit cards, ATM cards, cash, and personal checks. In addition, we use a financial plan that enables the patient to determine payment length and amount. There are also provisions for a 12-month or 18 month payment plan without interest. You may visit the Capital One Dental Fee Plan to get further information.
